2003: Ben There, Doing That
Ben Kim begins the expansion of the Phil Black Design team, setting the bar high for design, but not necessarily for fashion. He brings an analytical mind, squeaky-clean design aesthetic and a proclivity towards technology.
The first large client in need of a full-rebranding campaign signs on, giving the fledgling firm a chance to show its skills and gain valuable experience and insight into the inner workings of a larger, more complex client than had been seen.
